Food For thought !

I was born in a place where coconut grew in our backyard!
We used to drink plenty of coconut water.Ofcourse many of our dishes
were made out of coconut. We even used the husks for washing the pots
and pan.I remember they used to make a laddle out of the hard coconut shell. 
Did you know that coconut water has electrolyte levels ideal for citical
emergency situations?
Coconut water is low in calories and has more potassium than
a banana.It is refreshing on a hot summer day,and has a
cooling effect on the body,and it really tastes fantastic.Substitute
when you make rice, it is more nutrient dense and gives it a
teccrrific taste!May be thats why I am healthy at my age!!
