CHAPTER [2] AMINO ACID AND PEPTIDES

PEPTIDES,

(1/22/2016)

**ysis of Amino Acid Mixture

Amino acids are usually separated on columns of cation-exchange resins in which the fixed anionic groups are first “charged” with Na+, an acid solution [PH 3.0] of the amino acid mixture is then applied to the column and allowed to percolate through at pH 3.0 the amino acids are largely cataions with net positive charge but they differ in the extent to which they are so ionized the cationic amino acids will therefore displace the bound Na+ ions from the resin particles at pH 3.0 the most basic amino acids [lysine, arginine, and the histidine] will displace Na+ first and will be bound to the resin most tightly and the most acids [glutamic acid, Serine] will be bound the least, the different amino acids will therefore move down the resin column at different rates the eluate fraction collected are **ysed quantitatively by means of the ninhydrin so that elution collection of fraction **ysis of each fraction and the recording

GRAVITY OF VENUS BY TWO WAYS,

Venus

(The gravity in mathematical lab of Sikander Aqeel)

Here we shall compare of gravity of Venus by two ways, actually it is important and was also important, and just I was waiting of good time to tell you,

Simple law of gravity by distance

If distance is too much between in planet and star = too much gravity of planet

If distance is too less between in planet and star = too less gravity of planet

FIRST WAY OF VENUS GRAVITY BY a2 + b2 = c2

Venus distance = 1074 light seconds

Light speed = 300,000 km per seconds,

Logically light speed = 299998 km per seconds

 = a = 1074 light seconds and b = 300,000 km per seconds

 = a = 1074 light seconds, and b = 300000 km = c2

 = a = 1074 light seconds, and b = 299998.00 km = c2

 = a2 + b2 = c2

 = a2 = height of angle

 = b2 = bottom angle of triangle

 = c2 = slope angle of triangle

 = a2 + b2 = c2 = Distance + km light speed = c2

 = a2 + b2 = c2 = a1074 + b300000 = c2

 = a1074 sec + b300000 km = c2

 = a1153476 + b90000000000 = c2

 = a + b = 90001153476 = c2

 = a + b = 90001153476 / 299998.00 b1 = 300005.84495 slope = c2

 Slope = 300005.84495 – 300000 b1 = 5.84495

= 5.84 meter per second gravity or (g) of Venus,

SECOND WAY OF VENUS GRAVITY BY GRAVITATION LAW OF KING-S

Gravitation law of King-S = 104.544

Gravitation law of King-S = 104.544 * 223.75 day size of Venus = 23391.72 km mass circle

                                   = 23391.72 / 6r = 3898.62 km radius

LAW OF GRAVITATION FOR VENUS,

   Venus Circle = 23391.72 km

 Venus Radius = 3898.62 km

    Earth Radius = 6359.76 km

Venus = 223.75 days by size

         Venus “gh” = 5.88 m/p sec

           Venus “g” = 6.67 m/p sec

       Venus Circle = 23391.72 km

   “g”

    Venus Radius = 3898.62 km / 6359.76 km = 0.613013-SA

                        = 0.613013-SA * 10.89 “g” = 6.67571157

= 6.67 meter per second “g” Gravitation of Venus

     “gh”

      Venus Radius = 3898.62 km / 6359.76 km = 0.613013-SA

                         = 0.613013-SA * 9.6 “gh” = 5.8849248

= 5.88 meter per second “gh” Gravitation of Venus

For compare

First way by distance = 5.84 meter per second gravity or (g) of Venus,

Second way by km circle = 6.67 meter per second gravity or (g) of Venus,

Here we have only 0.83 meter difference of gravity, and it is nearly right by distance and km size of Venus circle, ,

So distance and light speed + km circle and yearly day = right gravity of planet,

Or distance and light speed + km circle and yearly day = right gravity, distance, km circle and yearly day of planet,
