CHAPTER 3 PROTEINS

Proteins = Clay

(2/15/2016)

Globular and Fibrous Proteins:

The proteins can also be dividing into two grate classes on the basis of their physical characteristics, the globular and fibrous proteins,

Globular proteins are soluble in aqueous system and diffuse readily, their polypeptide chain or chains are tightly folded into the compact spherical or globular shape, and the Globular proteins usually have a mobile or dynamic function, nearly all enzymes for example are globular proteins, as are blood having transport function such as serum albumin and Hemoglobin,

The Fibrous Proteins,

Fibrous proteins on the other hand, are water-insoluble and physically tough, they serve as structure or protective elements in the organism, typical fibrous proteins are a-keratin the important compound of hair feathers, nails, and skin, [leather is almost pure a-keratin and collagen, the important compound of tendons, in fibrous proteins the polypeptide chain are arranged the extended, parallel form along a single axis, to yield tough stringy fiber and sheet-like structures,

The Function Diversity of Proteins,

The proteins has many different biological functions, some representative examples of different types of proteins, classified according to biological function, the largest and most important class of proteins are those having catalytic activity, The enzymes, Over 1500 different enzymes are known, each catalyzing a different kind of chemical reaction,

TRANSPORT PROTEINS

Classification of Proteins According to Biological Functions,

            Class ------------------------ Examples

         Enzymes                       Ribonuclease Trypsin

Storage proteins                     Ovalbumin (egg), Casein (milk), Gliadin (wheat), feritin

Transport Protein                    Hemoglobin, Serum albumin. Myoglobin, B-Lipoproteins,

PROTEINS ACCORDING TO BIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS

Myoglobin

  = a2

Myoglobin = 56 mole Iron and 16 mole oxygen

Water = 18.5 mole * 56 = 1036

         = 1036 * 16 = 16576 molecular weight of Myoglobin

 = a2 = 16576

For example: a2 / b2 = c2 = reduction by algebra

 = a2 / b2 = c2

 = a2 = 16576 and b2 = 129.5 reduction by algebra

 = a 274763776 / b 16770.25 = c2

 = a / b = 16384 = c2

 = a / b = 16384 / c2 = 8192

 = c1 = 8192 = fold of Transport proteins by Myoglobin,

= c1 = 8192 / 20 days half-life of serum = 409.6

        = 409.6 - 44.6 day = 365 day of year

= 44.6 % = always over proteins in young blood of Transport proteins by Myoglobin,

= c1 = 8192 * 2.5 H2 = 20480

= 20480 = gene of Transport proteins by Myoglobin,

= c1 = 8192

20 amino acids = 2784.25 m/g

= c1 = 8192 - 2784.25 = 5407.75

       = 5407.75 - 2784.25 = 2623.5

       = 2623.5 - 2784.25 = -160.75

2784.25 m/g = 20 amino acids * 3 = 50

                    = 60 + 40 oxygen and iron = 100

= 100 % function of Transport proteins by Myoglobin

Hemoglobin effect

                   = 20 basic amino acids

                   = 10 % Iron

                   = 20 % oxygen

= 50 % over Alanine, Isoleucine, Proline, Valine,

Total = 100 % compound of proteins of muscles for Transport proteins by Myoglobin

Some proteins serve as nutrient stores, such as ovalbumin and the proteins of plant seeds, which furnish the embryo with a supply of amino acids, Ferritin, which contains 30 % Iron, is the main Transport form of Iron in the spleen, some proteins have a transport function, they bind and transport specific types of molecules via the blood, serum albumin bind free fatty acids tightly and thus serves to transport these molecules between adipose tissue and other organs in vertebrates, the serum B-lipoproteins a conjugated protein which consist of about 21 percent proteins and 79 percent lipid, servers to transport lipids via bloodstream, the Hemoglobin of vertebrate erythrocytes transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues and the oxygen bound to the Iron atom of the four hemoglobin groups in the molecule,

Always remember my biological words,

That Hemoglobin is base of each protein in body of human, because life is blood, and blood helps to production of proteins, and proteins again fall into the hemoglobin, and hemoglobin again fall into the energy of body, so it is an circle of life, like circle of earth around the sun, and all proteins molecular weight would be same of all people in same age, such as

Solution of Advance Asian Triangle,

About: a2 / b2 = c2

Supposed a2 = 9 inch and b2 = 9.5 inch

So = a9 / b9.5 = c2

     = 81 / 90.25 = c2

     = b / a = redaction or tightly fold

     = 90.25 / 81 = 1.11

= 1.11 inch redaction or tightly fold because

By thickness everything equal to limited fold,

By height every length equal to limited fold,

By my experiment of past a elephant may be converting in dinosaur, by law of limited proteins fold,

But a frog never converts in dinosaur, from reason of small fold of proteins.

For example

Kangaroo DNA + Elephant DNA = 60 million year past

60 million year past + Heavy oxygen and Nitrogen process = Terex dinosaur

Everything is possible, but you cannot make heavy one oxygen atom of 96 mole grams like past, because the 96 mole grams one oxygen weight belongs with 2143 light seconds distance of earth from sun, but I have a formula with process, which of cost is 120 billion Yoro, which you will never give me, and I will never tell you, so we should close the chapter of hungry Terex dinosaur for goodness of human,
