Amino Acid Sequence of Polypeptide Chain: 

It remains to determine the proper ordering of the various trypsin fragment of the original polypeptide chain, to do this another sample of the polypeptide must be fragmented but at different points in the chain so that the peptide fragments resulting from the second procedure “overlap” those resulting from the first, if trypsin is used for first cleavage and the second cleavage must be carried out some other proteolytic enzymes, such as chymotrpsin, with hydrolyzes peptide bonds in which the carboxyl-group is contributed by phenyl-alanine 

 

Pepsin does the convert to proteins into the Proteolytic enzymes and peptones, 

Hemoglobin protein molecular weight = 64500 

Pepsin = 3(HCl) = 108.75 

Hemoglobin = 64500 / 108.75 = 593.10 proteolytic enzymes

 

Trypsin enzymes = 4(HCl) + CH2OH + H2O = 145 + 31.75 + 18.5 = 195.25 

Proteolytic enzymes = 593.10     

Peptide = C7H8N2O4 = 84 + 10 + 28 + 64 = 186 mole / 23.25 hydrolyzes = 8 Peptide bonds  

 

For example 

  = a2 / b2 = c2 

  = a2 = Trypsin and b2 = Peptide bonds = c2 

  = a2 = 195.25 and b2 = 8 = c2 

  = a195.25 / b8 = c2 

 

  = 38122.5625 / 64 = c2 

  = a / b = 595.66 = c2  

  = a / b = 595.66 - 2.56 = 593.10 

  = a / b = 593.10 = Proteolytic enzymes

 

  = a / b = 593.10 - 90.75 (C3H7NO2-alanine) = 502.35 

  = a / b = 502.35 - 30.5 (HCOH-phenyl) = 471.85 

  = a / b = 471.85 – 18.5 (H2O-water) = 453.35 

  = a / b = 453.35 / 10 cm = 45.335 

  = a / b = 45.25 = contributed of carboxyl-group, 

With hydrolyzes peptide 8 bonds in which the carboxyl-group is contributed by phenyl-alanine

 

So here answer 

First cleavage = 10 cm + water + phenyl, + alanine     

Second cleavage = 593.10 number of Proteolytic enzymes,

Carboxyl-group = COOH = 45.25 * 12 activate carbon atom = 543 

                                      = 543 + 49 [3(OH ion)] = 592 

                                      = 592 mole Original peptide 

 

 

Supposed a cell function = 16692180 numbers / 593.10 enzymes = 28143.95

                                    = 28144 / 90.75 a-amino acid = 310.12

                                    = 310 + 282 (C23.5) of proteins = 592

                                    = 592 mole Original peptide 

 

Supposed a cell function = 16692180 numbers / 593.10 enzymes = 28143.95

                                    = 28143.95 / 1752 light sec = 16.06

                                    = 16 = age in which 593.10 enzymes,

                                    = 16 = year age 

 

So the distance of earth from sun is a clock of cells, when age increases then clock of cells becomes weak to do fast function of cells, and health start to fall down by reason of slow walk of clock, I am full trying to convert your biology into the time, because the time is most big medicine, If you have not time then you have not medicine of life,    

 

Logic of Clock of Cells 

1 to 27 to 53 age = three peptide and minimum two peptide 

53 to 73 age = only one peptide 

73 to 93 age = only one and too weak peptide, which cannot restart function of cells,  

 

I know very well, that 16692180 functions are working in one cell, today we need a special theory of cell to understand, supposed one chromosome contain of 206 threads, then 46.25 chromosome will be contain on 9527.5 threads, 

 

Total functions = 16692180 / 9527.5 = 1752 light second distance of earth from sun, 

 

And the special distance is very important to special micro-organisms, if we increase distance of earth from sun, then these micro-organisms will be gone in other system, where energy value increased, supposed 

 

One cell functions = 16692180 / 20 amino acids = 834609 

                           = 834609 / 9527.5 thread of all chromosomes = 87.6 

                           = 87.6 = 88 = 44 + 44, = COO- + CO2 energy

                           = 166921.8 / 9527.5 thread of all chromosomes = 17.52

Tyrosine or tryptophan Chymotrypsin and other proteolytic enzymes, such as pepsin of gastric juice are not as specific as trypsin, polypeptide chain may also be fragmented with cyanogens bromide, which cleaves those peptide bonds whose carboxyl-group is contributed by methionine residues,

  = a195.25 / b15.8 = c2 

 

  = 38122.5625 / 249.64= c2 

  = a / b = 152.71 = c2  

  = a / b = 152.71 - 0.96 = 151.75

  = a / b = 151.75 = which cleaves those peptide bonds whose carboxyl-group is contributed by methionine residues

 

  = a / b = 151.75 / 3.35 (hydrogen) = 45.29

  = a / b = 45.25 = whose carboxyl-group is contributed by methionine residues

 

So here answer 

First cleaves = 15.8 bonds of peptide     

Second cleaves = the carboxyl-group by contributed by methionine, 

 

The fragment resulting from the second cleavage are then subjected to the same procedure of sequence of the second set of fragments, Overlap of specific sequence can be found  so that the first set of fragments can be arranged into the proper sequence by algebra,
