Amino Acid Sequence of Polypeptide Chain:
The common approach described above was first devised by F, Sanger in his pioneering work on the amino acid sequence of the insulin, which he completed in 1953 and foe which he was awarded of the Nobel Prize, Complete amino acid sequence of “Bovine insulin” which consist on two polypeptide chains,
