CHAPTER [3] PROTEINS

Proteins

(3/23/2016)

Amino Acid Composition of Proteins:

It is amazing that all the different types of proteins are initially synthesized as polymers of only 20 amino acids, known as the common amino acids, the common amino acids are defined as those amino acids for which a specific codon exists in the DNA genetic code, there are 20 amino acids for which DNA codon are known, the process of the reading of the DNA code, resulting in the polymerization of amino acids of a specific sequence into the proteins based on the DNA code, In this chapter we shall discus only the protein of this genetically controlled synthetic process,

For example

Alanine = C3H7NO2 = 90.75 m/g

Alanine = GCU, GCC, GCA, GCG Codons

(GUANINE)

  = a2 + b2 = c2 (Guanine)

  = a2 = Alanine and b2 = Guanine = c2

  = a2 = 90.75 m/g and b2 = 151.13 g/mol = c2

  = a90.75 + b151.13 = c2

  = 8235.5625 + 22840.2769 = c2

  = a + b = 31075.8394 = c2

  = a + b = 31075.8394 / 41.124 (H2O + H4 + NH3) = 755.66

  = a + b = 755.66 / 151.13 (G) = 5

  = a + b = 5 Guanine from Alanine polymerization, and 5 Guanine codon exists in the DNA genetic code,

Alanine = 5 Guanine

(CYTOSINE)

  = a2 + b2 = c2 (Cytosine)

  = a2 = Alanine and b2 = Cytosine = c2

  = a2 = 90.75 m/g and b2 = 111.1 g/mol = c2

  = a90.75 + b111.1 = c2

  = 8235.5625 + 12343.21 = c2

  = a + b = 20578.7725 = c2

  = a + b = 20578.7725 / 37.04 (H2O + H1 + NH3) = 555.5

  = a + b = 555.5 / 111.1 (C) = 5

  = a + b = 5 Cytosine from Alanine polymerization and 5 Cytosine codon exists in the DNA genetic code,

Alanine = 5 Cytosine

(URACIL)

  = a2 + b2 = c2 (Uracil)

  = a2 = Alanine and b2 = Uracil = c2

  = a2 = 90.75 m/g and b2 = 112.0868 g/mol = c2

  = a90.75 + b112.0868 = c2

  = 8235.5625 + 12563.45073424 = c2

  = a + b = 20799.01323424 = c2

  = a + b = 20799.01323424 / 185.70 (C6H12O6 + H2) = 112

  = a + b = 112 / 112 (U) = 1

  = a + b = 1 Uracil from Alanine polymerization and 1 Uracil codon exists in the DNA genetic code,

Alanine = 1 Uracil

(ADENINE)

  = a2 + b2 = c2 (Adenine)

  = a2 = Alanine and b2 = Adenine = c2

  = a2 = 90.75 m/g and b2 = 135.13 g/mol = c2

  = a90.75 + b135.13 = c2

  = 8235.5625 + 18260.1169 = c2

  = a + b = 26495.6794 = c2

  = a + b = 26495.6794 / 196.07 (C6H12O6 + CH) = 135.13

  = a + b = 135.13 / 135.13 (A) = 1

  = a + b = 1 Adenine from Alanine polymerization and 1 Adenine codon exists in the DNA genetic code,

Alanine = 1 Adenine

Total Codons = G5 + C5 + U1 + A1 = 12

Alanine = GCU, GCC, GCA, GCG Codons

There are 20 amino acids for which DNA codon are known, the process of the reading of the DNA code, resulting in the polymerization of amino acids of a specific sequence into the proteins based on the DNA code,

The genetically controlled synthetic process =

= (H2O + H4 + NH3)

= (H2O + H1 + NH3)

= (C6H12O6 + H2)

= (C6H12O6 + CH)

Main Functions of Alanine:

Important source of energy for muscle = (C6H12O6 + H2)

The primary amino acid in sugar metabolism = (C6H12O6 + CH)

Boosts immune system by producing antibodies = (H2O + H4 + NH3)

Important part of connective tissue = (H2O + H4 + NH3)
