The Cerebellum lobe controls to body as walk, run, and jump, it is called the balance, suppose you are seeing a next step to jump, then Cerebellum lobe will calculate distance for jump, or if distance would be much then you will not jump, it is the act of Cerebellum lobe, you run on two legs, and you do not fall from reason of Cerebellum lobe, because the Cerebellum lobe is jointed with Brain stem, which make a temperature of body to run and make a heartbeat rate to control the steps, often you will have seen, when you start to run, your steps fall at right distance, and you feel relax to run, but after some moments the heartbeat rate increases and your steps becomes unbalance, and here you will be stopped or fallen, from reason of limited balance by heartbeat,

The paralytic Person can learn 10 percent work easily, and from this reason they can eat easily, they can walk easily, the can not listen own name, from reason of 10 percent active Cerebellum lobe, 

THE PERSON OF COMA! 

The Person of coma can never work easily, because his Cerebellum lobe zero percent active or 100 percent inactive, and brain sleeps only, 

So the Cerebellum lobe = able to work = normal person 

So the Cerebellum lobe is for balance, and balance helps to learn work, and work make normal person, but when the Cerebellum lobe becomes weak, then body misbalanced, a small age can easily learn work than the old age, because the small age belongs with fresh Cerebellum lobe, and old age belongs with stale Cerebellum lobe, which cannot proper work,
