THREE PEPTIDES AND EARTH

CELL MEMBRANE OF HUMAN

Cell membrane = 100 % = 40 % lipids + 55 % protein + 5 % carbohydrate

Earth = 365 days

    = a2 + b2 = c2

    = a2 Earth + b2 Cell membrane = c2

    = a2 365 + b2 100 = c2

    = a2 133225 + b2 10000 = c2

    = a + b = 143225 = c2

    = a + b = 143225 / 378.45 = 378.45

    = a + b = 378.45 / 2.5 (H2= A//T DNA) = 151.38

    = a + b = 151.38 - 5.37 (H4) = 156.75

    = a + b = 156.75 = Di-peptide

The earth atmosphere which belongs with 365 day of peptide,

    Peptide = 85.00, = C4H4O2

 Di-Peptide = 156.75, = C6H7N2O3

Tri-Peptide = 224.00, = C9H8N3O4

Total three peptide = 465.75

                    = 465.75 – 100 Cell membrane = 365.75

                    = 365.75 – 0.75 % use of membrane = 365

                    = 365 biological days of a cell,

Use of Cell membrane per minute = 0.75 %

Use of water in cells = 18.5 / 0.75 % = 24.666666666666666666666666666667

                      = 24.666666666666666666666666666667 * 24 hour = 592

                      = 592 unit use of water in a cell from the Cell membrane,

                      = 592 / 32 (O2 of atmosphere) = 18.5,

Use of water per cell = 592 unit / 100 Cell membrane = 5.92

                      = 5.92 liter water need of body per day,

(7/1/2016)

The Cell membrane absorption is 0.75 % nutrients per minute, for three peptides, and it will be called the use of cell membrane, now we have (ALP) tissues protein result to know total (ALP) tissues protein in complete body

ALP - blood test

Alkaline phosphates (ALP) are a protein found in all body tissues. Tissues with higher amounts of ALP include the liver, bile ducts, and bone.

A blood test can be done to measure the level of ALP.

A related test is the ALP is enzyme test.

Normal Results (ALP) tissues protein

The normal range is 44 to 147 IU/L (international units per liter)

The normal range = 147 IU/L for maximum weight and young age

The normal range = 44 IU/L for minimum weight and over age

LOWER HEALTHY

(ALP) tissues protein = 44 / 0.75 % = 58.666666666666666666666666666667

                      = 58.666666666666666666666666666667 * 24 hour = 1408

                      = 1408 alkaline phosphates (ALP) tissues protein from the Cell membrane,

                      = 1408 / 32 (O2 of atmosphere) = 44,

Use of tissues protein = 1408 unit / 100 Cell membrane = 14.08

                       = 14.08 liter (ALP) tissues protein in body like lower healthy,

So the 14.08 liter tissues protein in whole body, which will be counted thin body and lower healthy,

HIGH HEALTHY

(ALP) tissues protein = 147 / 0.75 % = 196

                      = 196 * 24 hour = 4704

                      = 4704 alkaline phosphates (ALP) tissues protein from the Cell membrane,

                      = 4704 / 32 (O2 of atmosphere) = 147,

Use of tissues protein = 4704 unit / 100 Cell membrane = 47.04

                       = 47.04 liter (ALP) tissues protein in body like high healthy,

So the 47.04 liter tissues protein in whole body, which will be counted high healthy,

DISEASES OF (ALP) (7/5/2016)

Lower-than-normal ALP levels

1 = Hypophosphatasia

2 = Malnutrition

Or malnourishment is a condition that results from eating a diet in which nutrients are either not enough or are too much such that the diet causes health problems,

Involve calories, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins or minerals Not enough nutrients is called undern-utrition or undernourishment while too much is called over-nutrition Malnutrition is often used specifically to refer to under-nutrition where there is not enough calories, protein,

Or micronutrients If under-nutrition occurs during pregnancy, or before two years of age, it may result in permanent problems with physical and mental development Extreme undernourishment, known as starvation, may have symptoms that include a short height, thin body, very poor energy levels, and swollen legs and abdomen People also often get infections and are frequently cold. The symptoms of micronutrient deficiencies depend on the micronutrient that is lacking

WHAT IS RANGE OF MALNUTRITION DISEASES, (7/13/2016)

DEFICIENCY OF PROTEIN AND ENERGY FOR MALNUTRITION

ALP - blood test

Normal Results

The normal range is 44 to 147 IU/L (international units per liter).

Lower-than-normal ALP levels

Hypophosphatasia

Malnutrition

Protein deficiency

Wilson disease

MALNUTRITION

The Protein deficiency increase risk of malnutrition through tuberculosis infection, from reason of thin weak and thin tuberculosis membrane,

For example beginning of energy,

Adenine + ribose sugar

A = energy

    = a2 + b2 = c2

    = a2 (Adenine) + b2 ribose sugar = c2

    = a2 (C5H5N5) + b2 (C5H10O4) = c2

    = a2 (135.13 g/mol) + b2 (136.5 g/mol) = c2

    = a2 (18260.1169) + b2 (18632.25) = c2

    = a + b = 36892.3669 = c2

    = a + b = 36892.3669 / 45.25 (COOH) = 815.300

    = a + b = 815

B = Phosphate

    = a2 / b2 = c2

    = a2 (815) / b2 (PO4) = c2

    = a2 (815) / b2 (95) = c2

    = a2 (664225) / b2 (9025) = c2

    = a / b = 73.59 = c2

    = a / b = 74 / 8.60 = 8.60

    = a / b = 8.60 / 2.5 (H2= A//T DNA) = 3.44

    = a / b = 3.44 + 0.31 = 3.75

    = a / b = 3.75 = (H3= C///G DNA)

    = a / b = (H2= A//T DNA) + (H3= C///G DNA) = two Polynucleotide chains,

    = a / b = (H2= A//T DNA) + (H3= C///G DNA) = end of energy,

C = Tuberculosis membrane = 57.75 %

    = a2 / b2 = c2

    = a2 (Tuberculosis membrane) / b2 (two Polynucleotide) = c2

    = a2 (57.75) / b2 (2.5 + 3.75) = c2

    = a2 (57.75) / b2 (6.25) = c2

    = a2 (3335.0625) / b2 (39.0625) = c2

    = a / b = 85.3776 = c2

    = a / b = 85.3776 / 9.24 = 9.24

    = a / b = 9.24 / 2.5 (H2= A//T DNA) = 3.696

    = a / b = 3.696 * 6.25 two Polynucleotide = 23.1

    = a / b = 23.1 = H2O + H4 = water + hydrogen = tuberculosis

Tuberculosis membrane = H2O + H4 = water + hydrogen

CONDITION OF DNA FROM TUBERCULOSIS MEMBRANE

    = a / b = 9.24 / 2.5 (H2= A//T DNA) = 3.696

    = a / b = 3.696 / 3.75 (H3= C///G DNA) = 0.9856

    = a / b = 0.9856 * 50 ratio = 49.28

    = a / b = 49A = distance of one helix for tuberculosis

    = Tuberculosis = 49A / 10 mononucleotide = 4.9

    =              = 4.9A distance between two base pair,

Tuberculosis membrane doing large distance between two base pair, like 4.9A, and here 1.5A distance is over between two base pair, and 4.9A distance between two base pair doing weak process of develop protein and energy, or 1.5A over distance between two base pair is doing less molecular weight of proteins, or protein is present in body just they has less weight,

Hemoglobin = 64500 / 1.5A = 43000 molecular weight in Tuberculosis disease

Serum albumin = 68500 / 1.5A = 45666.66 43000 molecular weight in Tuberculosis disease,

So the protein is present into the Tuberculosis disease just is some less, and happening deficiency of protein and energy for malnutrition,

Malnutrition increases the risk of infection and infectious disease, and moderate malnutrition weakens every part of the immune system For example, it is a important risk factor in the onset of active tuberculosis Protein and energy malnutrition, so tuberculosis start from bacteria, and the tuberculosis is bacterial disease from nitrogen atom,

MEMBARNE OF TUBERCULOSIS

Normal membrane = 40 % lipids + 55 % proteins + 5 % carbohydrate = 100 %

Tuberculosis membrane = 19 % lipids + 34 % protein + 4.75 % carbohydrate = 57.75 % value of cell membrane of Tuberculosis malnutrition,

HEALTHY CELL MEMBRANE

Base pair and cell membrane

Healthy base pair = 3.4A distance between two base pair

Healthy base pair = 3.4A / 4th = 0.85 ratio of protein lipids and carbohydrate from sleepy or alcohol,

     Lipids = 40 / 0.85 ratio = 47

   Proteins = 55 / 0.85 ratio = 65

Carbohydrate = 5 / 0.85 ratio = 5.88 +

                              = 117.88 – 17.25 (OH) = 100.63 % normal membrane,

TUBERCULOSIS CELL MEMBRANE

Base pair and cell membrane

Tuberculosis base pair = 3.0A distance between two base pair

Tuberculosis base pair = 3.0A / 4th = 0.75 ratio of protein lipids and carbohydrate from sleepy or alcohol,

     Lipids = 40 / 0.75 base pair = 30,

   Proteins = 55 / 0.75 base pair = 41.25

Carbohydrate = 5 / 0.75 base pair = 3.75 +

                                  = 75 – 17.25 (OH) = 57.75 % membrane of Tuberculosis cells,

Tuberculosis membrane = 57.75 % for solve problem of less protein and energy in malnutrition diseases,

So here 44 is normal rate of test, which is contain on sleepy or alcohol, which is natural part of rest of cells, and as normal 44 rate fall down into the lower 36 or 35 range of ALP – blood test, then the Malnutrition diseases becomes start in body, because Malnutrition starts after Protein deficiency, or Malnutrition is a react of Protein deficiency,

For easiness and remembrances

0 = normal lower range = 44 = ALP – blood test

1 = Hypophosphatasia lower range = 43, 40, 39,  ALP – blood test

2 = Protein deficiency lower rang = 38, 37, ALP – blood test

3 = Malnutrition lower range = 36, 35, ALP – blood test

4 = Wilson disease lower range =

And we can change rate at the end for Wilson disease,

OTHER CONDITIONS FOR WHICH THE TEST MAY BE MORE DONE:

Alcoholic liver disease (hepatitis/cirrhosis)

Alcoholism

Biliary stricture

Gallstones

Giant cell (temporal, cranial) arteritis

Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) II

Pancreatitis

Renal cell carcinoma
