The electric current is a enemy of heat, now you take a non magnet iron rode, copper wire, and a battery, now you fold to copper wire around the iron rode, now you have one beginning and one end of copper wire, now this two end joint with battery, then the road inner atoms will be cold and magnetic field start to flow around the iron rode, in simple words, as you did cold to iron rode through the electric current, then iron cold waves or magnetic field start to flow all around, 

Second example! Now you take a non magnet iron rode, copper wire, a battery and a small furnace of fire, now fold to copper wire around the iron rode, now you have two end of copper wire and a folded iron rode, now rode fall in furnace of fire, and two end joint with battery, then copper folded iron rode will not catch to other iron, or copper wire folded iron rode will not produce magnetic field from reason of heat of furnace,
