        Helium = 7.07 binding energy per Nucleon 

        Helium = 4.0008727 Mass-a.m.u

        a2 (7.07)        +     b2 (4.0008727)

When a mass go into the binding energy per Nucleon form, actually they go back into the past when they were warm in beginning, such as in beginning billions years ago the Helium was belong with 0.01198 Nucleon per second, then 0.01198 * 100 % changes = 1.198 Nucleon of H2, and from this reason the hydrogen, deuterium, and tritium past is too long than the all metals,
