        Lithium = 5.61 binding energy per Nucleon 

        Lithium = 7.018222 Mass-a.m.u

        a2 (Nucleon)     +     b2 (Mass-a.m.u) = c2  

        a2 (5.61)        +     b2 (7.018222)

When a mass go into the binding energy per Nucleon form, actually they go back into the past when they were warm in beginning, such as in beginning billions years ago the Lithium was belong with 0.0070 Nucleon per second,
