ENERGY LAW OF SIKANDER AQEEL = E = m2c

        Neon = Ne20

        Neon = 8.03 binding energy per Nucleon

        Neon = 19.998765 Mass-a.m.u

        a2 + b2 = c2

        a2 (Nucleon)     +     b2 (Mass-a.m.u) = c2

        a2 (8.03)        +     b2 (19.998765)

        a2 (64.4809)     + b2 (399.950601525225) = c2

        a2 + b2 = 464.43 = c2

        a2 + b2 = 464.43 / 21.55 = 21.55

        a2 + b2 = 21.55 = Ne + H1.55

        a2 + b2 = 20 Neon mass + fusion H1.25 = 20.54

Neon Binding energy = 103.62 % * H1.55 of fusion = 160.62 Mev

When you will catalyst to Neon in 103.62 % size and fuse with H1.55 atom, then Neon will give you 160.62 Mev energy, while 1 Mev = 931

Because

Neon Binding energy = 103.62 / 6 proton of C = 17.27

                    = 17.27 – 10 proton of Neon = 7.27

                    = 7.27 = inactive gas,

         Neon = 7.27 * 931 Mev = 6768.37

              = 6768.37 / 103.62 F binding E = 65.31

              = 65.31 – 45.31 (COOH active) = 20

              = 20 Neon = inactive gas

ENERGY IN ACT BY C1

When a mass go into the binding energy per Nucleon form, actually they go back into the past when they were warm in beginning, such as in beginning billions years ago the Neon was belong with 0.00035 Nucleon per second,

 In Past Nucleon per second was = 0.00035 * 931 Mev = 0.32585 seconds of today,

Light speed meter seconds = 300000000 / 464.43 (m2) = 645953.10

                          = 645953.10 / 24 hour = 26914.7125

                          = 26914.7125 / 60 minute = 448.578

                          = 448.578 / 0.2792 seconds = 1606.2

                          = 1606.2 / 10 cm = 160.62

                          = 160.62 Mev energy = E = m2c,

                          Packing fraction

                      Sec = 0.2792 * -2.1489 minute = -0.6

                          = -0.6 * 10000 fraction = -6000

                          = -6000 Packing fraction,
