Lesson 5: Maintain Focus for the Next 10 Min Keep, Relaxe and Breath In and Out, Relax the Shoulders, Arms, Hips, Legs, Feets, Facial Expressions (Eyebrowns, Mouth, Close Eyes Softly, Cheeks) Remove all tensions from your Body.

Lesson 6: Get up Stretch! Have a Cup of Water or Tea your Done! you can now be on your way.
